Ready to reconnect with your True Self ?

Begin your journey in a space where every part of you is seen, heard, and deeply understood.

what we do at true self space

We specialise in relational therapy grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) psychotherapy. We support adolescents and young adults who feel disconnected from their True Self, offering a safe and compassionate space for emotional healing and growth.

Our team focuses deeply on building a strong therapeutic relationship, creating a collaborative environment that is rooted in curiosity and compassion. â€‹We go beyond the surface, guiding you to connect with, understand and integrate every part of who you are. Together, we’ll foster deeper self-awareness and a more authentic relationship with your True Self.

Counselling and Psychotherapy for
Adolescents and Young Adults

Navigating the teenage and adulthood years can be challenging, filled with intense emotions, rapid changes, and a search for identity. Individuals often face a range of emotional and psychological challenges, from stress, depression and anxiety, to navigating self-esteem, relationships, and identity.

In this space, you are invited to express yourself freely. Whether you are navigating life's challenges or seeking a deeper connection with yourself, the creation of a safe and nurturing environment will support you to deeply explore who you are, and develop genuine healing and meaningful connection.

"We don’t have to do all of it alone.
We were never meant to."
