I am a dedicated psychotherapist based in Melbourne, Victoria, with a passion for guiding individuals through their mental health journey. My approach to therapy is integrative and rooted in curiosity, blending various therapeutic modalities to tailor the experience to each client’s unique needs. I believe that every individual has an inherent capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to create an environment where that potential can flourish.

what is counselling

Through secure video sessions, you can connect with a therapist just as you would in person, making it easier to fit therapy into your busy life. Telehealth therapy offers flexibility and provides the opportunity to access support regardless of your location.
