  • What should I expect during my first therapy session?
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you might have. It’s an opportunity for you to ask questions and see if you feel comfortable with me as your therapist. The goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can begin your journey!
  • How much does therapy cost?
The cost of therapy sessions can vary based on the type of service provided. We understand that finances can be a concern, if this is you, please contact us directly to discuss pricing options and find a plan that works for you! Please visit our services page for the price guide.
  • How often will I need to come to therapy?
The frequency of sessions can vary depending on your individual needs and goals. Some people find it helpful to attend weekly sessions, especially in the beginning. Others may attend bi-weekly or monthly sessions as they progress. We’ll work together to determine what schedule works best for you.
  • What if I don’t feel a connection with my therapist?
It’s important to feel comfortable and connected with your therapist. If, for any reason, you don’t feel that connection, please don’t hesitate to discuss it with us. We can explore what might be causing those feelings, and if necessary, we can help you find another therapist who might be a better fit.
  • How do I book a session or get started?
Booking a session is simple, via the online booking system on our website. Once we connect, we’ll begin the process of working together toward your goals.
